Are these wigs lace front or full lace ?

Right now what we have available is Lace Front but keep checking with us! We will offer new products in the near future.

What Size cap is the wig?

All wigs are 22.5 inches

What Density is the wig?

All wigs are 200% density.>

Will my wig come plucked already?

Yes; all wigs come pre-plucked

How can i order a custom color wig?

At checkout, you ca add in your notes what color you would life. If the color is difficult to describe feel free to contact us via email, Instagram DM or through our Facebook page

How long does processing and shipping take?

Processing takes 2-3 business days as all wigs are made custom to order, products will be sent via USPS all 2-5 business days for delivery.

Do you offer refunds?

Due to Health Codes we are unable to offer refunds but your satisfaction is our primary concern. Please contact us with any concerns and we will be sure to accommodate you.

Will the color of my wig bleed or fade?

Over time your wig may bleed or fade, to prevent this please wash with cold water and use a color safe shampoo and conditioner to preserve the longevity of your wig. Please refer to the care instructions that was given to you when you received your package.

Why does my package require a signature confirmation?

To ensure delivery of Juicy Collection products we require signature confirmation. Failure to sign for the package will result in your product being sent back to the post office. If after 2-3 business days and no comes to pick up the package it will be sent back to Juicy Collection.

What percentage is your Peeling Oil?

5%-7%

I placed the wrong order, can I change it ?

If you put the wrong address in your order, you have to contact us within 24 hours to change it. If you do not contact us within 24 hours your order will be shipped out with the address on the order.

When will my order ship out?

Your order takes 1-2 days to process. After that, usual shipping times are 3-5 business days, due to Covid-19 orders may take longer to arrive at their destination due to limited staff and an overwhelming volume of orders. Please be patient.

My tracking number says “Shipping Label Created, USPS Awaiting Item.” When will it move and what does this mean?

This means a shipping label was created for your order,  sometimes your tracking number will say this for 1-2 days, this doesn’t mean your order isn’t at the posts office. Sometimes tracking numbers do not update until the day of delivery. Please check your tracking number daily and your mailbox daily. If you continue to see this message, contact your local post office.

My order still hasn’t arrived after 5-7 business days, can I get a refund?

We are so sorry to hear that your order didn’t arrive in the time allotted. Please be mindful with Covid-19 orders may take longer than usual to arrive at your destination. Please allow longer shipping times with your order at this time due to a high volume of orders and limited staff at USPS.  If you would like to discuss this matter further please contact us!
